We have been trying to have a baby for four years.

My period normally comes like clock work. My last period was October 20, 2011. I do have unprotected sex with my spouse almost on a daily basis. But i have yet to recieve my monthly period for November and its December the 4th now. I have took 3 home pregnancy test that has all three outcomes of negative. I sleep alot as well as eat. Is it possible for me to be pregnant? Do I need to have blood work done instead of pee?

Are your nipples tender? That's the tell-tale sign for me.

Yes they are but not so much plus I've noticed that they have put on a little weight but somedays my stomach feels real tight like i am pregnant then there are days where its lose and fabby.

Plus y do all my test keep coming back negative instead of positive?

the best way go have a blood test done, that will tell you right there, i have know so many people that have taken home test and it say there not pregnant and they are. so to be safe take a blood test
