I have a 13 year old daughter that says she doesn't care at all about having friends and just really doesn't most of the kids at her school. She has a few friends at school but seems to be the only one not "hanging out" after school or on the weekends. She is not depressed, and says she just wants to be in school to learn not be sociable. Maybe I'm ridiculous to worry but do know that friends are important. I'm hoping there's someone with a similar experience?
