each kid want to go to kfc
My kids want pizza every night; they get it about once or twice a month. Make it a treat, and remember who the parent is.
Let them help you prepare some fruits and vegetables. My nephew has his kids take a "thank you" bite. They have to have at least one bite of everything that has been prepared, they have to look pleasant, and say "Thank you."
Most fast food places (including the one you mentioned) and many regular restaurants prepare foods with too much salt and too much fat. Many of the "ready-to-eat" foods you can get at grocery stores are prepared the same way.
If your kids like chicken, you can make them baked chicken. It's so much healthier than all that fried food. Throw bread crumbs and a little oil on top, and you're all set. There's also those whole baked rotiserie chickens (already cooked). You can find them in most supermarkets. They're quick and really good. Another suggestion is Boston Market. Don't know if you have one near you, but the chicken is so much better for you. Opt for the white meat. They even have fresh vegies too.
