I had morning sickness with my girls and not with my son. I have a friend who is the other way around, and I have a friend who never had morning sickness.

Yes it is normal to have morning sickness and lower abdomen pain. In most cases, some women don't have morning sickness. But the symptoms are having frequent urination, headaches, lower and sides abdomen pain, spotting, bleeding, sore breasts, heart pain, weight gain, cravings. But you don't have to have any signs to be pregnant. It's possible that you may get it in the second or third trimester but you may not. Good luck with your pregnancy. And welcome to Motherhood!
