Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a least a little more sleep? Both my wife and I are at our wits end, have been getting very little sleep, and are becoming very crabby/unhappy. I just don't know what to do. Help!!

HI!I have had one full nights sleep since march 2001.It is true you need to get sleep to operate.your mind does not work, you become increasingly unhappy,and it is dangerous when you have to go to work and do daily chores.However i have three sleep walkers one is 19,the other two under ten.THE TRICK TO KEEPING UP YOUR ENERGY IS FOOD .Do cut out all caffeine, make sure as soon as you feel that sluggish feeling get a nice sandwich and drink of water iced you will feel better in ten minutes,eat at least five times a day and think about what you eat low gi foods are great slow energy release. I am 48 kilos and healthy, a quick rest with your eyes closed for twenty minutes a day will help tremendously.no more than twenty or you will drift off to sleep. Try these tips you will feel better i guarantee it. RELAX AT NIGHT DON'T FIGHT!
