Child won't eat, but is gaining weight.

My child has started hiding her food to make me think she's eating. I finally had to move her to the kitchen table where I can keep an eye on her, so that she can't hide her food. She'll take one bite and then say she's full. She does this at every meal. She turns her nose up to everything: healthy food, junk food, etc... She literally is not interested in eating anything. She used to be my good eater. Now she's not interested in any food. I've tried changing what she eats to see if she'll start eating again, but she doesn't. She was even hiding junk food around the house, which surprised me because when most kids go through a 'hiding' phase, they hide their veggies so they can have the junk food. But she won't eat any of it. She doesn't have access to the food cabinet, so it's not like she's sneaking food behind my back. To top it off, she continues to gain weight. How can she be gaining so much weight when she's not eating anything? Any advice?
