Welcome to the getting into shape board!

I just wanted to welcome everyone to our new and improved boards.  I think that everyone will love the new updated boards, they are so easy to navigate and to read. 
 
I am Marti and I will be here to help you with any questions you might have and to enjoy the boards with you!  Please let me know any suggestions or feedback you might have.  If there are any great boards we should add, I would love to hear what you think.

Hi! I am new to this board but I have a stress relief bath remedy that might help any parent after working hard all day (although I'm not a parent myself, I have three younger sisters and they can be stressful!:) Here it is! 

Step one: Combine bay leaves and thyme, and tie them in a washcloth. Step two : Throw it into the hot running bath water with a cup of salt.

Step three: Soak it all in and just relax, light some candles that have your favorite scent and grab your favorite drink, mocha, chocolate whatever suits your fancy. 

Extra Relief: After your relaxing bath, take lavender lotion or lavender oil and rub it all over your skin. This helps to relax your body and helps you sleep. Great for insomnia too!
