if the children are sitting on each other's stomach etc. at Their play fights?
i need to stop them?
Sitting is okay. Jumping on each other's stomachs, I'd probably intervene.
My kids want to wrestle all the time. Just make sure your kids are in a safe environment when they get into this mode. Usually the sitting on each other's stomachs (in my kids' case) will escalate into rolling around on the rug, then kicking, pushing.... It's all in fun until someone gets hurt. Watch your children closely, and if you see things are getting too rough, you need to intervene for sure. I cldn't tell you how many bumps and bruises my kids got just from wrestling even w/ adult supervision. Be careful, and step in when necessary.
