I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. During weekdays, I take ultram for 3 to 4 a day. During weekends, I’m home so I just take other methods like napping, resting, meditation. But when the pain calls, I take half the ultram. And if the pain persists, Itake the other half and usually, that takes care of it. I am interested in herbal or acupuncture. Heard that they can help. Any info?
