Tiredness and extreme thirst are both symptoms of Diabetes. Have you had any health checks done? Perhaps you should get tested for diabetes or at least consult with your doctor.

the thirst makes me wonder about diabetes. Eat fat with any carbohydrates you eat until you can get in to a doctor, that will help keep your blood sugar from spiking if it is diabetes. Good fat sources - cheese, avocado, nuts.

I thought of diabetes too when you mentioned drinking a lot of water. The dry eyes cld be related to lack of sleep. There's a solution you can buy over the counter for dry eyes. I wld also avoid wearing contacts if you wear them. How old are you? Do you have any other health problems, or do health problems such as diabetes run in your family? Are you currently taking any medications? Sometimes certain meds will have side effects that cause sleeplessness. When you wake up at night, do you have to go to the bathroom? Is anything bothering you that wld cause you to lose sleep? Do you feel depressed or stressed in any way? These are all questions you have to ask yourself. You may be anxious about the physical symptoms you're experiencing, and maybe you're losing sleep over this. Discuss all these symptoms w/ your dr. If you feel the need to see a specialist for further evaluation, do it. Don't ignore this. When it comes to your health, no one thing can be too small to look into. This may be nothing, or it may be part of a bigger picture. You know your body best. Do what you have to to get to the bottom of all this. Good luck and feel better soon.

Going without sleep for an extended period can damage your body both mentally and physically. Though we all get a lot of great advice here that can really work at times, if the trend continues I would suggest going to the doctor for a checkup to be certain there are no physical problems causing it.
