Hey everybody, I'm just curious what you all do to keep your digestive system on track. There are some specialty foods and supplements out there that help. Let me know.
I eat food, drink water, and get a little bit of exercise. I probably get about half the RDA of fiber, too much refined food. It's working for me!
You and me both. The RDA of fiber is tough to hit, especially if you don't have food that you like. Have you tried LiveActive foods though? They have products that have prebiotic fiber.
Since my body is functioning perfectly with grocery store brands and garden produce, I'll stick with what I am doing, but thanks!
