My nephew called me a stupid jerk?

My nephew who is six calls people "stupid jerks" and my sister does nothing about it. She might tell him that's not nice but that's it. How can I approach her about this? Do I have a right to all to her about this?

I think it is fair to speak directly to your nephew. Something like, "So, you keep calling me a stupid jerk, what does that mean?"

for a surety your nephew doesn't realize the import of the phrase. He probably picked it from a peer somewhere. Try conjure a story that portrays what being a "stupid jerk" actually means. You sure have a right to give your sister a piece of your mind. it's important she takes a firm position on it. Kids loves testing d resolve of their parents.
