Anything can be bland if you make it that way. Avoid processed and already prepared foods. Read labels, but mostly stick to natural products and fresh ingredients. Don't add salt or oils to food. In our family, we do a lot of outside grilling cooking fish, chicken, fresh vegies.... It's easy to prepare and healthy for you.
