I think the y's make them look too feminine, so my preference is to spell them without the y. I don't have a preference beyond that, but names are so personal that they are kind of something you have to just like yourself! Try to imagine him with the name you choose as an adult doctor, ceo, or president.
Brayden gets my vote... although I prefer the Braden spelling.
