My husband and I are thinking about adopting in Russia but we have heard about numerous rules and regulations. Does anyone have any experience with this?
We adopted our son from Russia in 2000 and are in the process of adopting a little girl. The new rules and regulations have slowed us down this time. Russia does seem to change their laws often. Find a good agency and they should be able to help you through it. Nothing is difficult, it just takes time to track down the paperwork!
